Itinerary
Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you’ll take an early morning flight to Kilimanjaro.
The plane leaves at 09h00 so you’ll arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport in
Moshi at around 11h50. After briefing by our driver-guide, you’ll begin the short drive
to town arriving at Kinga Homes Boutique Hotel half-hour past noon in time for
lunch. You’ll check into your fully furnished suite which incorporates elegant, splendid,
and modern inspired designs then enjoy a delicious lunch at 13h00. Later, you’ll get
to relax while utilizing our amenities overnight.

After a full breakfast at around 06h30, you’ll leave for a full day hike on Mount
Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa! This amazing hike to the first camp is
perfect for people that love walking and want to see Kilimanjaro but don’t have the
time to climb the whole mountain. The distance to Kilimanjaro National Park is about
40 km which is barely an hour’s drive. Once the formalities are over at 09h00, you’ll
begin your slow hike through the beautiful tropical forest. Mt. Kilimanjaro is one of
the world’s highest volcanoes and the highest free-standing mountain on earth! It
rises from
cultivated farmlands on the lower slopes, through lush rainforest to alpine meadows,
and finally across a lunar landscape to the twin summits of Kibo and Mawenzi.
The hike to Mandara huts is about 3 hours, plenty of time to awe at the scenery. On
arrival at around noon, you’ll take a rest and enjoy an authentic bush lunch 2,700m
from the foot of the mountain. Feel free to wander around the camp area and take
photographs. After lunch, our guide will take you on a short walk to Maundi Crater
which is a relatively small-sized depression that was an outcome of Mount Kilimanjaro’s
volcanic activity before you start the descent back down to Marangu gate.
At around 17h00, you’ll begin the drive back to Moshi, arriving at Kilimanjaro
International Airport at around 19h00. Your scheduled flight takes off at 20h00
arriving in Zanzibar at 21h00.

a 2-hour drive. Once the formalities are over at 09h00, you’ll begin your game
drive in one of Tanzania’s most beautiful and topographically varied protected areas.
The Park has terrain ranging from open savannah through acacia scrublands to Afro-
montane cloud and rain forest and Afro-alpine vegetation like Mount Kilimanjaro.
At 12h30, you’ll enjoy an authentic bush lunch served at a set table, from a safe vantage
point, while taking in the beautiful scenery and keeping an eye out for wildlife in
their natural habitat. At the Momella Gate, an armed ranger will be waiting for you
to accompany you on the walking safari that will give you the chance to experience
the wildlife up close. Only a few other national parks in Tanzania give you such an
opportunity and it is something that should not be missed! Later at around 16h30,
you will head
Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure on your scheduled flight at 20h00

Manyara National Park. Once the formalities are over at 09h00, you’ll begin your
game drive in Lake Manyara National Park via the northern gate since most
accommodation is in the vicinity. There are several attractions in the park, however,
its main point of focus is the Manyara Lake which stretches over 220 km2 on the floor
of the magnificent Great Rift Valley. At 12h30, you’ll enjoy an authentic bush lunch
served at a set table, from a safe vantage point, while taking in the beautiful scenery
and keeping an eye out for wildlife in their natural habitat. Lake Manyara National
Park is known as the ultimate paradise of birds and tree climbing lions. The lake hosts
countless pink flamingos in addition to other wildlife like hippos that dwell in the
shallow part of the river. On the slopes of the escarpment, you may need to search
a little hard for the tiny and renowned shy kirk’s dik-dik and klipspringer. Later at
around 15h00, you will head Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure on your
scheduled flight at 20h00 arriving in Zanzibar at 21h00.

Ngorongoro Crater National Park is the home of the endangered species of Black Rhinos. At 12h30, you’ll enjoy an authentic bush lunch served at a set table picnic lunch, from a safe vantage point, while taking in the beautiful scenery and keeping an eye out for wildlife in their natural habitat. circuit in Tanzania, Lake Manyara National Park, unlike other safari destinations on this circuit, is not so commonly visited. You won’t have to worry about overcrowding! Considering that Manyara National Park is on the way to the more renowned
Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park which are the other parks on the northern circuit. At 12h30, you’ll enjoy an authentic bush lunch, while taking in the beautiful scenery.
